In case of bank transfer the order processing will start following receipt of payment.

In case of cancellation of the order, OfficeOmnia ensure timely notification to the customer.

 

SHIPPING

 

NATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipments will be made by express delivery to your home via national couriers. The shipping costs are calculated based on weight and volume of products.

With each delivery effected by us, the customer will be provided with “Tracking code” so that he can check in real time the status of your shipments.

Shipment in Italy is free for orders with total value of more than € 299.00.

WARRANTY

 

All our products are guaranteed 2 to 5 years according to the provisions of manufacturers.

Any type of malfunction can be announced within this period by mail at info@officeomnia.it.

OfficeOmnia for the application of the guarantee, will act as an intermediary between the customer and the manufacturer.

The goods must be sent to our office, after our authorization, for the verification of the malfunction signaled.

The responsibility and the costs of shipment are borne by the customer.

Once we verified the fault will ship the item the product manufacturer for a replacement or repair.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

The redemption may be retained beyond 14 days only until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods or until these have not been received by us, depending on which situation occurs first.
